Had 2 great days in Gr Goave. Worked with teams form University of Akron and Adventures in Missions putting up transitional shelters from Samaritan’s Purse.
Now I’m in Cayes with the Missions International Team. Good to be out here.
Have some good plans for tomorrow. Putting in an inverter/battery system at the guest house. Also, upgrading the system at the BR School to fix known problems.
In other happy news, I got a “keep people alive” med kit from Dr. Jay today. Nice to know that I’ve at least got that now. Before my choices were limited to tylenol and benadryl.
Reminds me that I want to take an EMT course sometime. Just have to be stateside long enough to get all the classes in.
